holiday diffuser recipes that smell amazing
The holidays are my favorite. I absolutely love traditions, decorations and celebrating. Hitting all the senses is one way that I bring the joy of the season to life.
Before dōTERRA I was a sucker for all the candles that money could buy - which honestly wasn’t many. I also tried some of the classic “natural” ways to bring Christmas to our senses by simmering cinnamon sticks and lemon peel on the stove. There were a few things wrong with the whole approach though…one being that candles are toxic and the second being that they are expensive and usually by the next season, covered in dust and ready for the thrift store box.
You might be thinking…wait, candles are toxic? Friend. Yes. Nearly everything that you burn, spray, plug in, mist, or add to laundry is extremely toxic, agitates breathing and ultimately is a carcinogen. Check out this article and start doing some of your own research. Knowledge is power and there are awesome alternatives!
